The Renaissance Tailor - A great website with loads of instructions on recreating 16th and 17th century clothing, complete with useful how-to guides on pattern drafting, hand-sewing techniques and useful patterns.

The Costumer's Manifesto - A vast array of links to all aspects of costume and costume making - some very useful, some less so. Well worth a look though. The Costume History page has a useful section on 17th century clothing.
