Pike Postures - Portesp

This is the posture used for going through doorways and other similar obstacles. It is also used for saluting as it is possibly the most effort of all the postures to hold.

The feet are the same as the advance (i.e. left foor forward). The left hand holds the pike up and acts as the pivot. The right hand the one that is used to vary its height. Nearly all the weight is on the left hand.
